With Practitioner Curtis’ research on psychological testing in fair criminal sentencing practice, as well as her work as an expert witness in civil court, she bridges theory and practicality.
Her son, Kenneth III, plays ice hockey for Michigan State University and was team captain for the Vegas Jr. Golden Knights—he's also a two-time recipient of the “Be Kind Like Josh” award!

With over 40 years of experience in psychology and social work, Daniel brings a deep well of knowledge and insight to the clients he serves. Born and raised in Panama, Daniel arrived in the United States at 19 as an exchange student intending to stay for just six months—but a love for human connection, learning, and healing turned that short visit into a lifelong calling.
Daniel originally came to the U.S. from Panama for just a six-month exchange program—but ended up building a 40+ year career in psychology and social work instead. His journey is a perfect example of a “temporary plan” turning into a lifelong purpose!

Tracy Cave Morrissey is a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in mental health, behavioral health integration, and substance use disorder treatment. She has worked across hospital systems, rural health clinics, community programs, correctional settings, and private practice—helping individuals, couples, and families address complex challenges and achieve long-term wellness.
Tracy has launched full Behavioral Health Integration Programs in rural clinics, expanding access to care in communities that previously had none.

He has worked extensively with first responders, children navigating reunification processes, and youth displaced from their homes, offering both structured intervention and emotional support through transition.

Ofelia Madrigal is a highly trained marriage and family therapist and behavioral intervention specialist with extensive experience working with children, families, and individuals facing complex emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. She has served in a variety of clinical, educational, and community-based settings, combining her deep understanding of behavioral science with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
Ofelia has worked with children as young as just a few months old through her role in Nevada’s Early Intervention program — creating individualized developmental and behavioral plans to help them thrive from their very first milestones.

Regina Sims is a Licensed Mental Health Provider at Beyond Expectation Psychological Services – a full service mental health agency, located in Las Vegas, NV. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Regina brings over 15 years of clinical experience in supporting individuals, families, and youth across both Michigan and Nevada. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wayne State University and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Siena Heights University.
Regina is the second youngest of eleven siblings and wrote the M.A.D. Teens anger management curriculum, which has been used in court systems for over 10 years.

Christopher Siuta, PhD, LMHC, LPC, CPCL is a Clinical Therapist at Beyond Expectation Psychological Services, licensed in Nevada, Arizona, and New York. He holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from St. Bonaventure University (1997) and a PhD in Counseling Studies from Capella University (2007), with a dissertation focused on solution-focused approaches with high school student-athletes. With over 25 years of clinical experience, Dr. Siuta brings a dynamic blend of mental health counseling and sport psychology to his work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and athletes at all levels of performance.
Dr. Siuta has worked with several professional sports teams, including the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres, and Buffalo Bandits, providing sport psychology services to elite athletes.

She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Central Missouri and is nationally certified through the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). Linda brings a compassionate, trauma-informed, and deeply empathetic presence to her clinical practice, rooted in decades of experience across diverse populations and systems of care.
Linda served in the U.S. Army as a radio operator/repairman while stationed in Alaska—and she's also a former preschool teacher of 20 years before becoming a therapist!

With licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Shira brings a mind-body integrative approach to therapy, specializing in grief, trauma, life transitions, crisis intervention, women’s issues, family dynamics, and couples counseling. Shira earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University, where she completed intensive residency trainings in Yellow Springs, Ohio and Orlando, Florida focused on deep psychotherapy and group therapy.

Amaris Bell, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Beyond Expectation Psychological Services. With a strong foundation in both emergency nursing and psychiatric mental health care, Amaris brings over a decade of clinical experience to her compassionate, patient-centered approach. She is licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse in both California and Nevada, and holds certifications in psychiatric mental health (PMHNP-BC, ANCC) and emergency nursing.
Before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, Amaris worked over 11 years in emergency medicine—and she still loves true crime stories and drawing in her free time.

CAPT Kenneth B. Curtis Jr. (USAF) currently serves as Flight Commander for the 752nd MDS, as well as a Clinical Nurse. He works in the Emergency Department of the VA Hospital, for over 10 years as a Charge Nurse. CAPT Curtis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy. He has served in two armed conflicts, to include Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom, functioning as a part of the emergency medical team.
