Margaret Riordan is a versatile business and human resources leader with extensive experience in operational management, HR administration, marketing strategy, and organizational development. She has overseen large‑scale operations, directed HR compliance programs, developed workforce strategies, and implemented systems to improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational performance.
Margaret once managed HR and operations for more than 500 employees at once—all while leading marketing strategy, contract negotiations, and corporate expansion efforts.

Aimee Morrill is an accomplished human resources leader with more than 20 years of experience in employee relations, labor negotiations, talent management, and organizational development. She has successfully led HR operations in both union and non‑union environments, negotiated complex labor agreements, and developed innovative programs to improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational efficiency.
Aimee was honored as an MGM Mirage Diversity Champion, recognizing her leadership in creating inclusive workplace cultures and promoting diversity initiatives across large organizations.

Janie Rusich-Saks is a highly accomplished social work professional with more than 30 years of experience serving veterans, individuals with complex medical needs, and their families. Her career has spanned direct clinical care, program development, and administrative leadership within the Veterans Health Administration, where she became known for her deep clinical knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and compassionate approach to patient advocacy.
Janie helped establish some of the VA’s earliest rehabilitation programs for spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries, shaping national policy guidelines that continue to impact veteran care today.

CAPT Kenneth B. Curtis Jr. (USAF) currently serves as Flight Commander for the 752nd MDS, as well as a Clinical Nurse. He works in the Emergency Department of the VA Hospital, for over 10 years as a Charge Nurse. CAPT Curtis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy. He has served in two armed conflicts, to include Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom, functioning as a part of the emergency medical team.
