Aimee Morrill is an accomplished human resources leader with more than 20 years of experience in employee relations, labor negotiations, talent management, and organizational development. She has successfully led HR operations in both union and non‑union environments, negotiated complex labor agreements, and developed innovative programs to improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational efficiency.


Her professional background includes managing full‑cycle HR operations across multiple locations, streamlining processes through automation, and implementing systems that enhanced payroll accuracy, compliance, and reporting. She has extensive experience in recruitment and onboarding, labor law compliance, EEOC and Affirmative Action investigations, and designing performance management programs that strengthen workplace culture.


Aimee’s leadership includes overseeing HR operations for large‑scale workforces, administering multiple collective bargaining agreements, and developing training programs that increased productivity and retention. She has also served as a labor relations trainer, guiding management teams in contract interpretation, conflict resolution, and workforce development.
