Justin Arnold is a Clinical Social Worker at Beyond Expectation Psychological Services – a full service mental health agency, located in Las Vegas, NV. Born on October 4, 1989, at Edwards Air Force Base, California, Justin comes from a proud legacy of military service. 

Following in his family’s footsteps, he joined the United States Air Force and began his professional journey in military nursing while completing his undergraduate studies.

Driven by a strong moral foundation instilled by his parents, and a growing passion for helping individuals navigate psychological and behavioral health challenges, Justin pursued and earned his Master’s Degree in Social Work. Over the past 10 years, he has built a diverse career across macro, micro, and clinical levels of practice—working as a social service director, hospice and home health social worker, medical social worker, and therapist.

His professional background is grounded in both direct service and systems-based care. Justin has helped hundreds of individuals and families in military and civilian settings achieve tangible relief in emotional, psychological, and physical health. His approach is holistic, combining structured assessment with compassion-driven care tailored to each client’s unique journey.
