Regina Sims is a Licensed Mental Health Provider at Beyond Expectation Psychological Services – a full service mental health agency, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Regina brings over 15 years of clinical experience in supporting individuals, families, and youth across both Michigan and Nevada. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wayne State University and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Siena Heights University.

Her career includes a strong foundation in working with adjudicated youth and adult parolees, offering therapeutic support to individuals navigating complex legal and emotional transitions. Regina specializes in individual, family, and couples counseling, with a clinical approach rooted in authenticity, consistency, and restorative care.

Her greatest passion lies in facilitating the Teen Anger Management groups (also known as M.A.D. Teens). She authored the curriculum and has facilitated these groups for over a decade in juvenile and family court systems across both states, and now within Beyond Expectation. Her ability to connect with teens and help them redirect their energy into growth and awareness has become a cornerstone of her therapeutic impact.

Regina has lived in Las Vegas for eight years and is the second youngest of eleven siblings. She is also a proud mother of one adult son who lives in Illinois. Outside of work, she loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, play board and card games, and explore new flavors as a self-proclaimed “big foodie.”
