She has worked across hospital systems, rural health clinics, community programs, correctional settings, and private practice—helping individuals, couples, and families address complex challenges and achieve long-term wellness.
Before joining Beyond Expectation Psychological Services, Tracy developed and led Behavioral Health Integration Programs for rural health clinics, expanding access to care through innovative telehealth services. Her leadership experience includes serving as Interim Deputy CEO of the Guidance Center of Lea County in New Mexico, where she oversaw strategic operations, multiple administrative departments, and program budgets. As Owner and Director of TAG Counseling Recovery Center in Kentucky, she provided a full range of therapeutic services—including anger management, domestic violence support, and DUI education—while supervising and mentoring emerging clinicians.
Earlier in her career, Tracy served as Lead Social Worker at Frankfort Regional Hospital, Clinical Director at Recovery Works, and Program Director at Eastern State Hospital, where she managed psychiatric units, developed specialized behavioral programs, and worked extensively with individuals with severe mental illness. She has collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, correctional facilities, and community organizations to address the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence mental health.
Tracy holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University.
