Sheri D. Anderson is a highly accomplished clinical leader and licensed addiction counselor with nearly two decades of experience in behavioral health, social services, and program administration. She has directed multiple state-certified treatment programs, built evidence-based curriculums, and led multidisciplinary teams in providing compassionate and effective care to individuals and families.
Before joining Beyond Expectation Psychological Services, Sheri served as Clinical Director for several SAPTA-certified programs, where she developed comprehensive outpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs, provided direct clinical services, and oversaw quality assurance and compliance. She trained and supervised counselors and interns, facilitated therapy groups for adults and adolescents, and collaborated with courts, probation, and community agencies to create effective treatment-to-recovery pathways.
Her career includes leadership roles in hospitals, residential treatment facilities, and nonprofit organizations. She has managed multimillion-dollar programs, secured grant funding, and expanded access to care for high-risk populations, including justice-involved individuals, youth, and families in crisis. Her expertise spans ASAM-based assessments, individualized treatment planning, relapse prevention, and long-term recovery support.
Sheri’s early work as a counselor and case manager in Illinois and Nevada gave her deep insight into the challenges clients face in navigating recovery, reintegration, and family healing. Over the years, she has become known for her ability to motivate both clients and professional teams, blending clinical skill with strong leadership to achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.
Today at B.E, Sheri applies this depth of knowledge and leadership to help clients overcome substance use and mental health challenges, strengthen family connections, and create sustainable paths toward wellness.
